I haven't used the Because I Care Hostess stamp set in a long time. I forget just how beautiful it is. This card has many facets. I used the Big Shot and the new Tasteful Trim Sizzix Die to cut the Basic Black scallop trim for the edge of the Pear Pizzazz CS that is stamped with En Francis and embossed with the Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder. I sponged the Pear Pizzazz with Always Artichoke ink to give it added dimension. The Hydrangea stamp was inked with Stampin' Write Markers, using the Always Artichoke for the stem and leaves and Concord Crush for the flower. After stamping the image I used a blending pen and ink from the stamped image to add the background color. On the leaves I added a touch of So Saffron ink for highlight. After cutting the image out I added dimensionals and 1/2" poly ribbon for a finishing touch.
If you need any of the supplies to create this beautiful card, please email me. I'd love to be your Stampin' Up! Demonstrator.
Absolutely stunning card. The colours just pop. That is a beautiful stamp set and I'm glad you dug it out.
