All a Flutter

This is a very simple card made using the All a Flutter Stamp Unfortunately, it will no longer be available after August 31. You still have until then to purchase it. The inspiration for this card came form Spitcoast Stamper CherylQuilts.
I freehand cut the curve and using the 3/4" circle cut out 7 circles and then using stamps from Itty Bitty Bits stamped them in Blushing Brinde on Whisper White. I added a pearl to a few and popped up every other one on a dimensional. The butterfly was embossed with Black Embossing Powder and colored with Stampin Write Markers. Since you are visiting my blog, please take a minute to leave me a comment. Thanks for looking!

Elegant Lines, Presto Patterns and Extra Large Scallop Circle

This card is one I made for my convention swap. I had lots of nice comments. It was inspired by Patty Bennett. I changed mine up a bit using the Elegant Lines Embossing Folder and the Presto Patterns DSP. I colored the Presto Patterns DSP with Peach Parfait reinker and a sponge, then misted with Frost White Shimmer Paint mixed with water in a sprayer. I used the same shimmer mist on the Center of the flower that was embossed with the Perfect Polda Dots Embossing Folder. Since you are visiting my blog, please leave me a comment. I love to read them.

Paisley Prints

This new stamp set "Paisley Prints" in the new Holiday Mini Catalog available September 1st, is a very versatile stamp set. Easy to create something for several holidays. I made the clouds with a scallop circle and using a sponge with Marina Mist ink on it, I sponges over the edge of the scalloped circle, moving it around over the page to make what looks like a beautiful fall sky. The bats were made using the edge of the Curly Label punch. The Momma, Daddy and Baby bats flying in to sit on the pumpkins have a Black Rhinestone (also from the new Holiday Mini) as their head. I just have to add some bling somewhere! Please leave a comment, I love to read them. Thanks for visiting.

Happiness Shared

This gorgeous card was made using my new favorite stamp set from the 2010-2011 Idea Book and Catalog, Happiness Shared. The inspiration came from a friend of Diana Gibbs, Tracy Altemose. This is one of the most elegant cards I have ever made. Thanks for the inspiration Tracy! I used the new Vintage Wallpaper Embossing Folder to emboss the top half (Blushing Bride) of the Top Note Die and the Cherry Cobbler Background Layer. The bottom of the Top Note is Pink Pirouette cardstock. A layer of Pear Pazzaz also outlines the Top Note. I used Crystal Effects to give the flower a dimensional effect and pearls to accent the final card. Please leave a comment. I always enjoy what everyone has to say.

Presto Patterns and All A Flutter

This is a very elegant card. It was inspired by zainy3018 on Splitcoast Stampers. I love using the Presto Patterns Designer Series Paper. You can make it an color or combination you want. I chose Pear Pazzaz and Concord Crush reinkers and sponges to color the background. I think it turned out very pretty. I selected the Stitched Polly Ribbon in Concord Crush for my choice of ribbon. It goes perfectly with the Concord Crush cardstock and background paper. The butterfly stamp set All a Flutter was embossed unsing Black Embossing Powder and colored with Stampin Write Markers. I'd love it if you left a comment. Let me know what you think.

Garden Gala is All a Flutter

I really enjoyed making this card using the new Greenhouse Gala Designer Series Paper and the All a Flutter Stamp Set. The butterflies were embossed using black embossing powder and colored with Stampin' Write Markers. The background of the art piece was embossed with the Big Shot using the Square Lattice Embossing Folder. Cardstock layers include Poppy Parade, Crumb Cake and Pear Pazzaz. This card was inspired by Kerin Sylvester

Paisley Prints

This card has many layers, as you can see. Several of the new In Colors were used: Pear Pazzaz and Poppy Parade. The background was stamped using the flourish from Elements of Style stamp set. The sentiment is from the same set. The main art piece was made using the heart from Paisley Prints #121121 clear mount (a sneak peek from the new Holiday Mini catalog). I used Stampin' Up's beautiful new pearls to add a little glam to the finished card. This card was inspired by Wendy Weixler (wendybell) on Splitcoast Stampers.

Presto Patterns, French Script, Elegant Lines, Artistic Etchings

This is the card I made for the Over the Top Swap at Convention. I was so fortunate to be invited to go to such a prestigious event. I threw it all in the mix on this one. I used new colors Marina Mist and Pear Pazzaz and old favorite Night of Navy ink. For stamps I used French Script on the background and on the Butterfly. I used a piece of Presto Patterns on the background and the Extra Large Scallop Circle Punch embossed with the Elegant Lines Folder. The butterfly is so gorgeous! I cut it out with the Beautiful Butterfly Sizzix Die, stamped it in VersaMark with the French Script and then tamped Old Olive and Night of Navy chalk onto the VersaMark ink. I topped it all of with beautiful Organza Ribbon and SU's new rhinestones as accents for the Butterfly's body and on the Elegant Lines art piece. I hope you enjoy. Please take a moment to comment. I'd love to hear your thoughts on something I created.

Sense of Time

This card using the new stamp set from Stampin' Up! named Sense of Time was inspired by Sandi MacIver. I used the new Crumb Cake and Rich Razzleberry cardstock. I put Chrystal Effects on the closk face to make iot look like it is behind glass. I also used the scroll and sentiment from the Elements of Style stamp set. All supplies are listed in the tags below.

Owl Punch Card

The inspriation from this card came from Kari Metzger. I was fortunate enough to attend the Over the Top Swap at a Pre-Convention activity. There were 50 of us there and every card really was over the top. This one was so cute I couldn't resist make it with the new Stampin' Up Owl Punch. Although Kari used the woodgrain stamp on her tree, I didn't have one so I just improvised using a polka dotted paper for my tree and did some inking and distressing to give it a look of having bark on the tree. I also made clouds like Kari did with na scallopped oval and ink on a piece of sponge. What a blast to make!

Artistic Etchings and Bella Toile

Oh my I had so much fun making this card recently. I used the Artistic Etchings and Bella Toile stamp sets. I stamped the Bella Toile in Versamark and heat set with Heat and Stick powder. Then sprinkled on Chocolate Supernova Glitter and heated again to set the glitter. Oh so gorgeous! So beautiful I couldn't bear to use the whole sheet I made so I pared it with the a piece of vellum with the Eiffle tower up on dimensionals and some of the beautiful new rhinestone from Stampin' Up! to light the way from the top of the tower. I colored the rhinestones to match the glitter with Copic Markers. Behind the vellum are more of the stamps from the Artistic Etchings set. Finally some chocolate satin Ribbon.

Elements of Style

These cards were made using the Elements of Style stamp set from Stampin' Up. All supplies are listed below in the tags. This is one of my favorite stamp sets from the new Idea Book and Catalog.

Fifth Avenue Floral

These cards were inspired by my awesome upline Guru Sandi MacIver. I call these my MacIver Roses. As her downline demonstrator I get a copy of all her tutorials to use in my stamping classes and workshops. If you'd like to learn how to use the reinkers to create these beautiful elegant roses from the Fifth Avenue Floral stamp set from Stampin' Up!, just let me know.

Happiness Shared

This Elegant Card was made using the new Stampin Up Happiness Shared stamp set, Poppy Parade, Blushing Bride and Pear Pazzaz Stampin Write Markers. I Love, Love, Love the wide Striped Grosgrain Ribbon. I tied it in a knot on the edge of the card. Let me know if you enjoy this card. I'm always open for your input. Inspiration was from Sandi MacIver.

Greenhouse Gala Series

This series of cards was inspired by one of my idols, Patty Bennett. I visit her blog every day and got a chance to meet her at the recent Stampin Up Convention. I used all the new Stampin Up Colors and new In Colors (see the tags below).

Srping Tulip

This Spring Tulip card was inspired by vadeler on Youtube. I used the Friends 24-7 stamp set from Stampin Up for the background. The Tulip is made using the oval and scallop circle punches. The leaves are made using the wide oval punch. Although I made this card back in the Spring, I am just now getting around to posting it so I don't remember the colors I used. This card was so much fun to make and is loved by everyone that sees it. I hope you like it too.
