This is another 4x4" card perfect to tuck inside a Christmas gift.  It was made with a scrap of Deck the Halls DSP #120810, mounted on Cherry Cobbler #119685, Crumb Cake #120953 and Old Olive #100702 CS. It is topped off with rhinestones #119246 and a piece of Early Espresso 3/8" Taffeta Ribbon #119964.

Paisley Prints

This new stamp set "Paisley Prints" in the new Holiday Mini Catalog available September 1st, is a very versatile stamp set. Easy to create something for several holidays. I made the clouds with a scallop circle and using a sponge with Marina Mist ink on it, I sponges over the edge of the scalloped circle, moving it around over the page to make what looks like a beautiful fall sky. The bats were made using the edge of the Curly Label punch. The Momma, Daddy and Baby bats flying in to sit on the pumpkins have a Black Rhinestone (also from the new Holiday Mini) as their head. I just have to add some bling somewhere! Please leave a comment, I love to read them. Thanks for visiting.

LNS Challenge #36

The LateNightStampers challenge was to use the Big Shot for a project. I have been wanting to try to make a votive with the Bigz XL Fancy Favor Box, so this was the perfect opportunity to try out this challenge. On the Night of Navy Fancy Favor Box I used the Curly Label punch and double punched with it to make a window and lined the window with vellum which I ran through the Big Shot using the Elegant Bouquet Embossing Folder. Inside the box is a battery operated tea light. I also used the Sixzzix Embosslit Cherry Blossom (Crushed Curry) and Sweetest Stem (Old Olive), for decorating the outside of the box. The flower center was punched using the Trio Flower punch in Night of Navy.
